very bad quality

I have been using Huggies gold on my son for the past two years but this last double pack I bought I am so disappointed he uses one nappie for one and half hour max and the pee is seeping through so I decided to buy the double pack pull ups that was the worse mistake the bands on the sides are so weak when I pull it up it starts breaking and when my son pees it comes down his legs and this makes him uncomfortable causing him to cry this has never been the case before but I can see the quality is honestly not the same the barcode is ***
