Very bad

Huggies are ********! Be alert! I had encountered a problem with huggies nappies my 9 month old son had a very terrible rash it was so bad that I had to take him to a doctor . I contacted huggies and spoke to the manager Kimberly Clark she asked for the nappies that were still available they said I Was gonna get a voucher , so they sent a driver to come pick up the nappies I signed that the guy came to pick up the nappies (37 nappies) , fine they asked me to email them the picture of the nappies with the refence the gave me which I did . The following day they called me and said they didnt receive the images I had sent but on my side it reflected the did receive them .later the same day they called and said the driver who came to pick the nappies had been hijacked so they no longer have the nappies, Huggies are ******** !
