Unhappy huggies gold customer

Hi there, I'm a mother of 2boys, my first born 15years old my second baby 3months old what a huge learning experience al*****... . .. I buy huggies gold for my baby son because of the good quality....... In 5packs that I've bought there was always a few duds, I mean one is acceptable but in my last pack there was 5nappys that did only have rippers on the one side...... That means I can throw away the nappy. I'm a single mom and should try and save wherever I can but have also learned to buy the cheap nappys doesn't help it costs u more at the end of the day. I kept the nappies and have the proof. I would really love to get advice on what can I do about this, because if you take it back to the shop where you bought it they only say the pack has been opened and they can't help us. Desperate mommy
