Unhappy customer

I'm so upset with this company as this is the second time I bought Huggies Gold but inside its the Dry Confort. Right now much child has developed bad sores because of the quality of your nappies. This is a **** and needs to be corrected. I have spent so much money because in return I'm expecting the value for money but I'm not impressed at all.
