Unhappy customer

I sent an email l to huggies on the 11th of March because I'm having problems with their nappies. I have always been a big fan of huggies since my first born..... But the nappies quality of recent is terrible..... I received no communication from huggies after my email on the 11th of March, on the 16th of March I reached out to them on Facebook and I was asked to leave my contact details and someone will get back to me.... I'm a wait..... Once again no email, no call, no messages...... I had so much faith in the product but it has just failed me
