Unacceptable and dissappointing service

I have been searching for Huggies Gold No5 since January 2015. There is no stock in any retailers around me and that's from Centurion to Midrand to Edenvale. I lodged a complaint with Huggies on 2 April 2015 and received a phone call from them stating that the product is discontinued and they are launching a new product that will come out in May 2015, however they will get a sales consultant to call me and see how they can help me and maybe try and see if they can find a few packs somewhere in the country for me. To date I have not received that phone call from anyone at Huggies. Another is how ridiculous is it to remove something off the shelf without having a replacement for it surely you should gradually remove the old and phase the new in. There is no equivalent to what I was using and I have used Huggies for all 4 of my kids and now they have forced me to use another product which has caused an allergic reaction to my little one. I am very disappointed and annoyed.
