Too many defects!

Many people recommend this brand to me as I am a new mother I went with it. I bought a good couples of packs prior to my baby being born. I started with premie which were great but the problem started when I moved into size 1 (extra care) keeping in mind I had 4 packs of this size already when I started to find from each pack a good couple of the diapers were hard like cardboard patches and rough. I sent a complaint via email and was made to follow several steps before offered a voucher to compensate for the few that were affected from just that 1 pack at the time. I’ve been had the issue with every pack that I have opened and I refuse to go through the process of their complaints log.

I have just resorted to using Pampers and it’s working out is much better.
