Terrible huggies and services

Worst nappies ever, email huggies - get no response for a month, I then decided to post it on their facebook.

I then get a call from Huggies in London apparently asking me and saying they have absolutely no idea about the email or the broken huggies that I emailed them. Consultant was terrible, couldn't hear anything and then told me did I keep the broken nappies FROM A MONTH AGO, because they really cant help if I didn't keep the nappies, pretty much my lose.

I have now changed to Pampers and I wont change back to Huggies. A client that spends R400 a month of nappies now I wont be buying huggies ever again.
