TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am terribly dissapointed in Huggies. After using their nappies, I had 2 packs where the jelly crystals leaked out all over my baby, and he even got a bit of a rash. Their customer care is hopeless and after filling in a contact form on their website, posting a private message on their FB page, and calling their helpline 4 times...and being put in hold..i still have no answers, or explanations.

I will not recommend Huggies to anyone!
