Still no Voucher
As per aggreement with a consultant that a voucher was posted to compensate for poor quality products - still after almost three weeks nothing had been received. <br> <br> Again - Complainant is Mr I Jacobs - in Laingsberg Road Heideveld 7764<br> <br> As per your last response that you did not say 2days - did you mean two months?????

Thank you very much for your follow up, we have received your original complaint which was logged on Hello Peter on the 9 October 2015 we then followed up and investigated this matter further. We then contacted you telephonically on the number on the Hello Peter and there was an answer by a gentleman who said that you are no longer available on that number, we then contacted you via email on the 9th October at 11:50 explaining this matter to you. We requested an alternative contact telephone number for us to call. To date we have not received a response. We have also tried contacting Mr Jacobs on the number he provided us as we have spoken to him and assisted but there has been no answer.
