Severe burn from Dry Comfort

I am a Huggies mom. I have my third baby now, 11 years after the last. We've used Huggies with all of them. With the latest, I used Huggies Gold from the start, but due to the cost, I switched over to Dry Comfort recently. Many people have told me their babies got bad rash from H uggies, but I never experienced it. Within days of the switch, my baby had such severe nappy rash, it actually looked like she was burnt with heat. It has now been a week since going back to Gold, and her bum and ****** is still raw. It looks much better, after spending a boat load of money on different remedies, genuinely in excess of R1000. I now have one unoped pack, and two open packs (one at home and one at daycare) of the Dry comfort. I cannot exchange this at the shop, of course, and considering the amount of money I have wasted because of it, I would like to know if you can please change these packs to Gold for me? I would like to stay with Huggies.
