Scratchy, hard Huggies Gold nappies hurt my baby

I brought a a Jumbo pack of Huggies Gold No. 2 for my baby almost a month ago, I noticed that some of the nappies leaked through and wet the baby's clothes - this was maybe one nappy almost every day and I didn't understand how because they were securely fitted onto the infant. I had let the leaks go because I thought I was doing something wrong, but it turns out that the fault is with your product and not how I put the nappy onto the baby. Halfway through the pack I've now discovered 7 (I haven't checked if there are more) faulty nappies that are hard and scratchy, I didn't notice the scratchiness until my baby started whining and crying after I changed him. 1 faulty nappy is fine, but 7 (and possibly more) hard shelled, scratchy nappies + plus the leakage ones has cost me half this pack already. Not mentioning how dangerous it is to an infant's skin, no wonder my baby cried like that. I've been using Huggies Premium Care since my baby was born and had no problems up unto I switched onto the bigger size of No. 2 Huggies Gold. I'm a single mom trying to save every cent that I can during this pandemic, so to have my money wasted like this is very disturbing and makes my life more difficult.

I will await feedback from Huggies in this regards as I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at your product and how it hurt my baby.
