Retain your customer because ita hard to find new ones

I have bought a pack of Huggies. I found a nappy that was cut...as if it was decorated and later on i found another one that didnt have enough glue to stick on. Someone promised to get back to me but when they do. They hang up when i answer their call. I am not happy. I am thinking of going back to Pampers.
