**** response from huggies

Had an issue with diapers twice and both complaints were not dealt with properly, yesterday i sent an email with the pics they requested and in the evening an email was sent saying they cannot verify my complaint and they cannot do anything amd i should not send any more pics of the issue as they wont change their decision! Really bad customer service, no one speaks to you and they just send a reply via email leaving you without an option to take the complaint up further.
