Poorly manufactured and have been waiting 4months for the vouchers that was promised

Huggies is just pathetic I have complained about 2 packs of nappies that was poorly manufactured. I have been promised vouchers but have been wait 4months and still haven't received any thing. It is really ridiculous that it takes them so long to deal with one complaint
