Poor product and no after sales service

I purchased a bag of huggies gold for my daughter and had to throw away half of the pack due to the pull tabs breaking, I tried to contact them but to no avail, I than left my details on their website and I am still waiting for a response. I would just like to speak to someone regarding this matter but it seems like they are not interested. I also saw people complaining about the same experience I had and I am quite sure they also haven't been assisted. This is a shocker
