Poor product and customer service

I bought the Huggies Giga bag in size 4 a week ago and upon opening the bag, the nappy didn’t look right. I took out a couple of nappies and they all looked the same. They looked like off cuts or rejects because this is not what the normal nappy looks like and the blue absorption part is not in it’s correct place. The back logo that’s usually on the back of the nappy, is on the top front of the nappy. I logged a complaint and got this as a call number ***A but to date I haven’t been contacted and I’m stuck here with their subpar product that I can’t even use. I had to go buy new nappies to think that I wasted my money and they won’t even make an afford to reply to customer complaints.
