Poor/ no customer care

On the 19th of Nov I wrote to huggies via their instagram page to complain about the leakage of their huggies pants. I explained that I had bout a jumbo pack via baby city and couldn’t return them because I had open the box and needed their assistance with their poor product. They responded to say I should make contact via phone or website enquiry, to which I did. I never got a response from their customer care team, they didn’t respond via Facebook to which I made contact. I went back and write to the same Instagram page and they never bothered to respond to me. I’ve been using their nappies since my daughter was born 2 years ago and needed to switch to pants because we are potty training her, I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service . I guess I need to find another brand to use because I have a 2 months old and I’m not about to be stuck with a brand that doesn’t value its customers
