Pathetic Huggies service

It's been more than a month ago that my wife has made contact with Huggies and they still did not keep their promise. We bought our son nappies and it just keeps on leaking through during the night. We contacted them and they promised to send us a voucher. We sent them.all the pictures they asked for, to date no contact after that. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!
