Pathetic focken service!

I purchased a pack of huggies extra care size 1 42 in a pack, I used 12 diapers and then noticed I am experiencing an issue with this pack where it's leaking through, I emailed huggies, took pictures of the packaging,stated how many nappies are in the packet, bare in mind a pack of 42 huggies size 1 is R142 at shoprite/checkers, when huggies got back to me via email they stated I have to keep aside 10 nappies which I did!they even stated they are going to provide me with a voucher which they did of R109,00 I then got back to them and explained that the nappies are faulty and a pack of 42 nappies does not cost R109.00 the service is pathetic, I am now siting with 30 nappies wasted due to there issue and a voucher of R109 which I can't even purchase a pack of huggies extra care!
