Pathetic Customer Service

I am very disappoint in Huggies and how u all treat your customers and your facebook team as well. I had a complaint 3 months ago where i found 14 strapless nappies in a giga bag i bought in toys Rus.

I sent them an email and a very rude lady called using a foreign number and said they would rectify the matter. She promised me a voucher that i was supposed to receive with in a month and this is the third month now waiting. When i contacted their facebook they as well did not know what to say as they could see that they have been caught with their lies.

Its funny how they enjoy getting paid with our hard earned money when they are actually selling trash and see nothing wrong with that!!!
