No reply from customer service. Reject nappies sold as normal nappies.

I bought a giga bag nr 3 nappy which has about 3 cm cut off the front of the nappy on all the nappies in the bag. I have been sending emails and facebook messages but no one is getting back to me regarding this issue. Very poor customer service.
