No customer service from Huggies!!

Had a faculty pack of jumbo nappies (first time user to Huggies) sent emails with no reply, sent review and no reply and the retailer doesn't want to refund or exchange as I have open the product, and it's a factory fault, so what to do now as it's been almost a week and no one is getting back to me regarding this, not even on email??
