No customer service and poor nappy quality size 3 Gold

I have been in contact with their customer care team via email regarding the poor quality of their huggies gold size 3 gigabag I purchased. That was on 10 October...the rep**** and asked me to log details and pics of product on their website...since then I have received no feedback despite me going back to that link twice thereafter to ask for a response. Pathetic customer service considering the thousands of rands spent on their product with my first born and now second baby.
