I've been using huggies gold since my baby was born. She is two years old now and this is the first time I've come across how truly horrible this nappy has become. The straps are coming off, the nappy sizes has gone small overnight. The fit is horrible and the quality is deeply questionable considering how expensive Huggies are these days. After sending two emails, a Twitter message and Facebook message. They still haven't had the decency to contact me again. A Kimberly Clark is either a **** or some bot who refuse to respond to my messages. Never ever buying from huggies again. Disgusting customer services. I'm truly upset and disappointed.
