Nappies giving our children rash on private area

I bought Huggies nappies at Checkers four ways mall. They were on special for 2 jumbo size packs.<br> <br> After a couple of times of use my 10 month old daughter started developing a rash in her lower region. At that time we assumed it was a reaction to something else or maybe she needed more lotion or powder. <br> <br> That was not the case.<br> <br> My wife's sister had also purchased the same product from a different store I the east rand and my niece had also developed the same rash in her private area. This was also evident on my wife's friend child. <br> <br> This is when I knew it was not the issue from the children but of the product being used.<br> <br> On the 02.03.16 I called the Huggies customer care line, gave them all the info required. The resolution I received from them after relaying the whole story is that I should give them my home address and they will send me more Huggies .<br> <br> I think this was just an attempt to close my mouth after they have sold the public infectious nappies.<br> <br> I am deeply saddend by the way Huggies has chosen to handle this situation. <br>
