Multiple nappies broken in two different bags
I am a big fan of Huggies on a regular day, but there have been two separate occasions now that I have purchased a bag of nappies where i have found several damaged ones in the pack.
Nappies are an expensive purchase, so having damaged goods take up a portion of the items in the bag is just unacceptable. Moms and Dads rely on the high quality of the product to not only make their lives easier, but also to ensure that their children are comfortable. How are we supposed to do this when there are torn and fraying nappies in a bag?
As I said, I usually have no problem with Huggies, but I have been really disappointed in their size 5 quality. Come on guys?
