Leaking Nappies

About a year ago I used Huggies Gold for Boys and I loved the product, it was the only nappy that didn't leak but I wasn't in a financial position to keep buying them, I have now started buying them again only to notice that the nappy has been changed and it now leaks. I might as well stick to the cheaper nappies on the market that also leak. Why was the design changed and why does the nappy now leak when it didn't before?
