Lack of customer service is deafening!

The quality of the Huggies Intelligent Fit pull up pants are terrible! They leak ALL THE TIME. My son wears 1 during his day time nap and then again at night. These nappies leak every time. We're talking every day I need to change his bedding twice a day...this means extra laundry detergent, extra water, extra electricity, not to mention the time it takes! Sent an email to the Customer Service division and they acknowledged my email, never apologized (not that they'd mean it anyways...they don't care...they're just answering the phones) and never showed any sympathy. Anyways...they said that we'd receive a voucher within 5 weeks. 5 weeks have come and gone. It's actually been almost 3 months now...every time we call, the waiting time is minimum 20 minutes.

Huggies...terrible products and terrible customer service. I will be more than to never recommend Huggies to anybody!
