Lack of customer service and disappointing product

Highly disappointed with the lack of feedback and after sales, I had tried the Huggies girls pants after struggling to find my baby's size due to it being gender specific. The first pack on the box was fine now the 2nd pack I've noticed that it has a white residue powder, which resembles maize meal, a few other nappies have that too. I couldn't let my baby wear them as I have no idea what this is. I had to purchase another pack of regular Huggies Gold pack , stretching my budget. Am highly disappointed and now fear trying out other new Huggies products while am a huge fan dating back from the uni*** green pack. Please advise what is this substance found on the Huggies pants. I had been promised to be contacted by your customer care department since the 18th of September. I had contacted you via Facebook messenger and via customer care department email to no avail. Should I just accept that I wasted my hard earned money on the purchase.
