im impressed

I recently purchased a pack of huggies newborn only to find it leaks and th wetness indicators dnt work. I left a complaint on th website. 10min after posting th complaint i got a call from Tebogo. She listened to my complaints and was very understanding and friendly and 2 weeks later i recieved my voucher for a new pack...well done...im glad to know that my money was not wasted. Ive never had a problem with Huggies used it on my toddler of 3yrs and now on my newborn. This was th 1st faulty pack and matter was dealt with perfectly...thank u Tebogo.
