I bought a pack of Huggies Extra Care at Baby City Northgate Shopping Centre

I bought a pack of Huggies Extra Care at Baby City Northgate Shopping Centre. The nappies were the worst quality I have ever seen. I could literally see through the nappy when I stretched and held it up. I went back to Baby City to show them the nappies and they all agreed they look defected and they went on to tell me that there was nothing they could do, that I needed to take it op with THEIR supplier, Huggies. I was very disappointed with the feedback I received. I could not understand and still do not understand why I have to deal with their supplier and why they don’t do it themselves. What a pathetic way to deal with customer complaints!!! I am never buying Huggies Extra Care which costs more than other nappies. And I am never buying anything from Baby City to avoid having to deal with their suppliers while they sit and fold their hands 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
