Huggies with poor products

I logged a complaint with Huggies on Saturday past via Twitter about the issue I had with the Huggies nappies that I purchased. The nappies had broken on the right strap either while being used or when putting on as half the pack has been giving this issue. Huggies got back to me via Twitter on Monday that I will receive a call back from their customer care department. Until yesterday I didn't receive any call then contacted via Twitter again and was advised it will take 48hours for a call which was from Monday. I sent them pictures and explained the issue in detail but getting no satisfaction. I'm a first time huggies user for a 1 year old little boy.
