Huggies wipes

I bought a 12 pack of huggies wipes and it was defective. I use huggies all the time and it was the first time this happened. I decided to call them. The lady was really friendly and assisted very efficiently. The huggies customer care gave me a voucher to replace. Thumbs up to you.
