HUGGIES SA

On 3 November 2018, I bought the 'Buy Bulk and Save' Nappy Pants Box. I opened the box on the 10th and to my surprise, the nappies were torn. I called in on the 12th and was given a reference number only. I called again on the 15th and was given a courier date, where the company would send someone to fetch a sample, for the 22nd. The 22nd came and passed, I called AGAIN on the 26th and was given a different date, that being today, 3rd December for the courier services but unfortunately no one came. I have bought 2 packs during this time, to compensate but my pocket is running dry and I cannot wait any longer! HUGGIES must do something!
