Huggies Pants - Leaking

I bought Huggies Pants for my 5 month old baby, it constantly leak, during the day his clothes is wet, in the morning he will wake up to wet clothes and bedding. One evening when I changed his nappy it was torn at the back and the cotton was exposed, I took another nappy, it had no cotton inside, its really just paper. This explained why his clothes is constantly wet, there is no consistancy. Ever since I have been trying to get in contact with them via social media channels, email and even by phoning them, firstly no answer, I hold for 10 mins and eventualy put the phone down and secondly no answer to my email.

Whomever is reading this and consider to buy Huggies just know there is no after service, they are one company that does not bother getting in touch with the people that is loyal them. They have lost a loyal customer and I am taking my business somewhere else.
