Huggies pants faulty batch

I bought huggies pants for my one year old, but the nappies is really not functional. It's not sticked correctly one the one side. I reported the incident and send a lot of photos and the repond was the photos is not correctly taken. It's a lot of money and I can't use the nappies. I will not support huggies anymore even though I love their nappies.
