Huggies pants/ bad customer service

Very disappointed with Huggies pants bought a pack for my 16 months baby and had to change her 5/6 times a day they did no last even 2weeks, commented on a post I saw on Facebook on Huggies after 2weeks I used the nappies hey gave me a platform to complain and it's useless, they reply after weeks, asking for pictures I sent them pictures of the actual nappies and the guy that called me said it's the first time hearing that Huggies giving a child such rash as it's was red and he advised me that they cannot help me as I don't have the original packaging and the slip, but they can see the pictures of the actual nappies that it's Huggies pants never buying them again had to wash baby clothes and heading every day.very disappointed
