Huggies nappies not replaced as promised
I bought 2 packs of Huggies nappies at Baby Boom Lenasia a few months ago.<br> The nappies appeared to be defective. There was a jelly substance that kept coming out of the nappy each time it was soiled. my husband called the number on the package and was told that we should keep the packs and huggies would send us a voucher to swap the nappies out. the lady refused to email it to us and insisted it would be posted. Months later there is still no mail from huggies. I guess they will blame it on the post office!!!

Thank you very much for your comments, I am so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your voucher. Unfortunately all vouchers get posted as we cannot email the voucher as the vouchers have a watermark on it and without it, it will not be accepted by the store. We will be in contact with you shortly to obtain the necessary details we require and will then investigate this matter further for you.
