Huggies nappies and service terrible

I've laid a complaint with Huggies more than a week ago. Then you responded and advised me to send a few details. I then sent my new number due to me losing my other one as you said u would send me a voucher. Then when I sent a message to ask what's happening with my query your agent ask other pictures than which they initially asked me and I already threw the pack away as it is not usable. I am not happy with the service I received or your products.
