Huggies horrible dry comfort

I amd disgusted not only by the quality of the dry comfort nappies but also by the customer service. Ive been using huggies for my baby for the past 4 months and noticed how thin and rough it has been over the last month!! I have to change my baby every single HOUR!!! i have laid a complaint with them 2 weeks ago and im still waiting for "customer care " to get back to me. What a joke!!!
