Huggies has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have sent back bad quality nappies OVER 2 months ago, (after not being able to do so, I did anyway)with promise of compensation for the bad experience... this is now OVER 2 months later, and I am still waiting. Nappies are not cheap, and then we hAve to fight to get out money's worth... I got a call last week, thAt someone of the courier company will phone me this past week, to arrange delivery for voucher.... to no avail... again.... what the hell is it? Don't customer service mean anything to you guys? I am shocked and totally disgusted by this... Cause even if I leave a message on your Facebook page, and inbox, I get ignored. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Is anyone going to sort this out? Or don't you care about your customers that waste their money on your products that don't deliver as you advertise???? You can phone me on ********** 275 my number that HASN'T CHANGED, as one of your operators claimed it did.
