Huggies Gold Terrible quality diapers

Hi. It's been almost 3 weeks that I have filed many complaints to Huggies SA and up until not I have no gotten a response from the company directly. Good morning.

It is with a heavy heart I type this message.

Last month I had purchased 2 jumbo packs of Huggies Gold n0. 3 diapers from Checkers Hyper in Ladysmith, and over this past weekend I purchased a pack from Pick n Pay.

I immediately saw a huge difference in the types, from the feel of it, to the texture, to the print, and the look of it. The one from Pick n Pay looks more Orignal than the one from checkers Hyper.

I am now sitting with a problem when my son Had a terrible Rash on his bum that is now bleeding,

I have used huggies Gold for both my kids cause it was highly recommended by our Kids Doctor. I have pictures what I will forward you guys.

What raised my suspicion was...

The diapers from Checkers Hyper use to leak with urine and used to Get full and swell from the front of the diaper to the back, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE WITH OTHER HUGGIES GOLD THAT I HAVE USED OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS. And now with the diapers I am using from pick n pay. My child slept through the whole night and not a leak nor a swollen diaper.

I would expect someone to contact me regarding this cause this has now caused discomfort to my child and he is in alot of pain. This is unacceptable.

A very Disappointed Huggies Customer.

Yesterday we had purchased a pack of Huggies Gold diapers from Clicks and this morning my 2 year old son woke up with an extremely full diaper and a terrible broken skin rash. Everytime I call Kimberly Clark I never seem to get through due to an automated message stating they are having high call volumes please call back later. I have enough proof and pictures to back this up. Also I had posted on a Facebook manhood natal group and after posting my issue i had found many mums have the same issues.

Please help
