Huggies Gold selling people damaged nappies

I bought Huggies Gold combo pack (2 in 1 ) size +4 in December at William Moffet , Port Elizabeth (Baby City). I used the 3 nappies, the inner of the nappy on each side would tear up and the inner jelly came out and caused a very bad red bum rush on my son. I went to Baby City to return the nappies and they told me I should contact huggies on the numbers on the pack. They were all damaged nappies and even the second pack was the same. Huggies sells damaged nappies to people!! I then emailed huggies after 4 day I got a reply saying I must send pictures (package pictures with the reference number) after that they said they will reply after 10 working days . Today it’s the 10 April and I never heard from them since. Very unprofessional and they don’t care about people at all.
