Huggies gold poor quality diapers

I bought huggies gold nappies at Baby City and the quality is so bad. The nappies just tear on the sides and everyday i wash my baby's bedding due to these leaks. Imagine spending R459 2 packs of diapers and only getting aR114 refund which is not even enough to buy a single pack of nappies. That is really an insult. What happened to full refunds when the product quality is poor. Please huggies, I need my full refund. I have all the emails that I exchanged with Kimberley Clark. With the way the economy is tough and you just decide to do that, its not fair.
