Huggies gold goes wrong

So I have been a firm believer in huggies for the last almost 2 years. Lately with every pack I buy I find that 2-3 side straps just come off while I’m changing my baby, which results in a wasted nappy as this nappy can’t seal.

I contacted huggies via Facebook as well as via their webpage, I received a response 2 weeks ago requesting my contact details so someone could contact me. To date I have not hear another word from them yesterday I had another nappy from a new pack wasted.
