Huggies gold faulty

Good day! I am a mom of two and believed in huggies gold since my little girls birth as the best but the last 3 months all the nappies that I buy are missed stitched on the one side off the huggies gold 4+ for my little baby boy and it is leaking terribly! I have notice all the leaking and faulty nappies dates are from 14 Sep 2015 - 15 Okt 2015. I always buy the boxes because it is more convenient but all of that were faulty so I decided to buy one one pack but still damaged. I got one pack so far with a date 15 nov 2015 that were correct. But today when I opened a new pack this morning its also faulty. Please help is it that we live in a small town that have only old stock or is there a problem with the manufacturing? Thanks
