Huggies Gold - Entire pack has torn nappies

Purchased a pack of Huggies Gold recently. Every single nappy in the pack was torn by the straps, some were completely missing the left side strap, the entire pack could not be used. It is completely disappointing. We tried contacting the complaints department but received cold automated responses and no assistance. These nappy packs are extremely expensive as it is now we have to worry about faulty products that won't be replaced!! Completely disappointed in the brand.
