Huggies gold (bad customer service)

I had a complain about the huggies gold........ This was a year ago. I only buy huggies gold because my personal opinion is that it is the best product for my baba at the moment, I buy 3 or 4 bags a month and believe me it's not cheap.

I laid the complaint because the nappies didn't have the sticky sides on to close the nappy

After a few days a lady I think her name was Samantha called me and asked me what was the problem, I've told her and she was very kind and said to me that huggies will compensate me and send me 2 packs of huggies gold and sorry for the problem.

My toddler is now 1years and 5months I didn't receive anything........I still buy the huggies gold I have 2 jumbo packs in the baby room that I bought from game touch wood these nappies are good.

I just think it is terrible customer service promising someone something and then just never hear from then again.

The problem is at this moment is huggies gold the best for my baby........so what can I do they run the monopoly.
