Huggies Gold 4+ Girls nappies leaking

Since we switched from size 4 to 4+ we've been having problems with leaking and "hanging" nappies (nappy is not full but drops as if it is). Did something change because we bought several packs of 4+ and with all of them this happens. This never happened with all other sizes, just now from 4+. I have used huggies gold with my second child years back and there was also a problem back the, but luckily it did not persist. This time it is with all packs of 4+ that we buy? Nappies are expensive and I really expect better quality from Huggies Gold!!!
